Supermodel, mother and businesswoman Karolina Kukova reveals her favourite indulgences...

How do you define luxury?

Having the opportunity to be close to my family whenever I need to.

What are your most loved clothes?

A black leather motorcycle jacket from Ralph Lauren that I have owned for almost 20 years, and any of my Alaïa dresses. They are stylish, look great on the body and go with flats, trainers or heels.

What's your most prized artwork?

A painting that my eldest son Tobin did when we went to visit Romero Britto's studio in Miami.

Britto gave him a blank canvas and told him to paint and spray, then he painted Tobin's portrait over it and signed it.

It's so personal and poppy and fun, and there's nothing more beautiful than having your kid's art around. It's a memory we will always cherish.

What are you drinking?

I really enjoy tequila. Right now, I like the Clase Azul Reposado, which comes in an ornate white and blue porcelain bottle.

What's your dream car?

One day I'd love to own a Porsche 550 like James Dean's - I like vintage cars best, and this one is particularly special.

Your ideal watch?

My husband and I share the rose-gold IWC Portugieser with the white face and a classic brown leather bracelet. I think it's sexy to wear a men's watch.

Which shoe designers do you favour?

For comfort that retains elegance, I love the Loro Piana boat shoe. For evenings out, Aquazzura's Deneuve pump is my favourite.

Which is your favourite hotel?

It has to be Six Senses Kaplankaya, in Turkey. We actually own a villa there, where our family meets every summer.

What single thing would make your existence more luxurious?

Definitely a private plane. That's the ultimate luxury, especially for someone like me who travels a lot for work.
